Clients may cancel their booking by notifying Taj Routes in writing. The applicable cancellation fee will be determined according to the date on which the cancellation request is received and will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount paid for the cancelled tour or service.
Cancellation Charges
- 30 days or more before the tour starts: No cancellation fee will be charged; 100% refund.
- 11–29 days before the tour starts: 30% cancellation fee.
- 3–10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee.
- Within 48 hours before the tour starts: 100% cancellation fee, with no refund.
Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable cancellation fee and any non-refundable costs already paid to third-party suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, entrance tickets, permits, or other services.
For cancellations received within 48 hours before the tour starts, 100% of the total amount paid will be retained as a cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.
Eligible refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in the client's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Tailor-Made and Specially Arranged Tours
Tailor-made, private, or specially arranged tours may be subject to different cancellation and refund conditions because certain services may be reserved or purchased specifically for the client.
Any specific cancellation terms applicable to such bookings will be communicated to the client at the time of booking.
